Honeybee Roofing is looking for the right person to join our team as a Roofing Consultant.
This is not a typical “sales job.” We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, building trust, learning new things, and representing a company with integrity.

What You’ll Do
As a Roofing Consultant, you will:
- Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments
- Inspect roofs and identify potential issues
- Listen to homeowners’ concerns and goals
- Explain findings clearly and honestly
- Present repair or replacement options when appropriate
- Prepare and present roofing proposals
- Follow up consistently with homeowners
- Build relationships in the community
- Represent Honeybee Roofing with professionalism and care
Roofing experience is not required.
We will train the right person.

We are not looking for a pushy salesperson. We are looking for someone homeowners can trust.
Compensation
During the training and onboarding period, compensation will include a training salary.
After training, compensation transitions to a base salary plus commission structure.
The long-term earning opportunity for this role is strong, and successful Roofing Consultants can achieve a six-figure income in the first year or two of learning the role — all while helping homeowners and growing with the company.
