This beautiful home is located in a remote part of Belvidere, in Boone County, Illinois. The roof was about twenty years old, and the clients did not really like the color of the roof that the previous owner had selected and they really wanted a new color for their roof. Not only did they want a new roof color, but they wanted something different and distinct. Because of our relationship with GAF (the #1 manufacturer of shingles in the nation), we were able to direct them towards the beautiful GAF Timberline UHDZ – ultra high definition – shingle, that has double shadow lines, for an elegant impression.

We were so glad to do this Belvidere roofing project and to work with these fantastic clients! It is so fun to help clients that are proud of their home and want a roofing project to reflect their pride and design preferences. The roof is a very visible portion on many homes, and the right color roof can make a significant impact on curb-appeal. At Honeybee Roofing, at lot of really great people invite us to their hive to help with their roofing projects, and these clients were no exception! These clients have a lot of pride in their home and wanted to replace their roof with a product that was a little more distinct. After reviewing a few different shingle options, they selected GAF Timberline UHDZ shingles, because of their dual-shadow lines and extended resistance to algae growth – helping the roof to look fresh and new for much longer. Timberline UHDZ shingles have now been rated as Class IV shingles, which means they have been proven to resist hail damage!
