Adam Rossman – President
As the founder and President of Honeybee Roofing, Adam oversees all aspects of the company’s operations. His favorite parts of the job are connecting with homeowners and getting involved in the Rockford community through networking events and local partnerships.
Adam brings nearly a decade of experience in the roofing industry. He got his start in 2017 as a Sales Manager for one of the nation’s largest roofing companies, where he learned the power of combining strong values with business excellence. Today, he leads Honeybee Roofing with a commitment to service, innovation, and community impact.
Adam is a member of the Consumer Advisory Panel for GAF and has toured their headquarters in New Jersey. In 2025, he was interviewed on two industry podcasts: The Limitless Roofing Podcast and The Building on Purpose TubeCast.
A Rockford resident since 2005, Adam is passionate about uplifting the city through excellent service and ethical business practices. He is married with two children, active in his local church (First Baptist Church of Machesney Park), and teaches Sunday School while serving on the church’s Leadership Team.

Solomon Rossman – Field Supervisor
Solomon is our on-the-ground expert, making sure every project runs smoothly and every client is cared for throughout the roofing process. As Field Supervisor, he’s responsible for quality control, communication, and ensuring that each installation meets our high standards.
Solomon is known for his attentiveness, responsiveness, and calm under pressure. He’s the kind of person everyone feels comfortable with right away, and his eye for detail helps catch and resolve potential issues before they become problems.
In addition to his work with Honeybee Roofing, Solomon is a talented musician and performer. He plays drums in a youth worship band, has played for churches across the region, and has starred in theater productions like Beauty & the Beast, The Lion King, The Wizard of Oz, and Seussical the Musical.
Jen – Office Assistant
When you call Honeybee Roofing, Jen is the first voice you hear. As our Office Assistant, she keeps the gears turning behind the scenes with thoughtful coordination and exceptional service.
Jen handles scheduling, permit and municipality compliance, customer communication, and much of our social media presence. She joined the team just before this season began and quickly became an indispensable part of our operation.
Clients love her mix of professionalism, creativity, and warmth. She brings a personal touch to every interaction and helps ensure that each project starts and ends with clarity and care.
Our Installation Crew
At Honeybee Roofing, we work with the same trusted installation crew on every project. Led by Danny, who has over 20 years of experience, the crew is skilled, respectful, and deeply committed to quality workmanship.
Our crew supervisor has over a decade of roofing experience, including residential shingle, metal, low-slope, and commercial roofs. The entire team brings a spirit of ownership to their work. When unexpected issues arise (as they sometimes do in construction), they adapt quickly, solve problems efficiently, and take pride in doing the job right.
