Career Journey & Industry Expertise

Adam began his roofing career in 2017 when he was hired as Sales Manager for the 42nd largest roofing company in the country. At their Tampa location, he lead a team that helped homeowners navigate everything from insurance claims to large-scale high-end roof replacements. He was inspired by how that company grew with values that aligned with his own: doing great work, treating people right, and building long-term trust.

Today, Adam puts that same philosophy into practice at Honeybee Roofing, where he oversees all operations — from planning and product research to community engagement and client care. He loves finding new ways to improve the client experience through better technology, new partnerships, and more efficient systems.

In 2025, Adam was selected to join the GAF Consumer Advisory Panel, gaining the opportunity to visit GAF headquarters in New Jersey and offer insight into the future of roofing products and homeowner needs. He also shared his experience and perspective on The Limitless Roofing Podcast and the inaugural episode of Building On Purpose TubeCast.

Leadership Style & Personal Values

Adam leads with a servant-hearted mindset shaped by his deep faith and commitment to the people of Rockford. He serves on the Leadership Team of First Baptist Church of Machesney Park and teaches an adult Sunday School class each week.

He believes strong communities are built when businesses see themselves as part of something larger than profit. For Adam, roofing isn’t just a service — it’s a way to help families feel safe and supported. That’s why Honeybee Roofing donates a portion of profits to local causes like Life Decisions and actively supports events that bring people together.

Family & Community

Adam is married and has two children. One of his greatest joys is working alongside his son, Solomon, who serves as Honeybee Roofing’s Field Supervisor. He finds it deeply rewarding to build something meaningful with his family and team, and to contribute to Rockford’s bright future.

When he’s not planning the next big initiative for Honeybee Roofing, Adam enjoys connecting with fellow small business owners, exploring ways to give back, and spending time with his family. He enjoys traveling with his family in the winter, when there’s less roofing work to focus on.
