At Honeybee Roofing, we don’t just build roofs—we build community. That’s why we were honored to sponsor a teebox at this year’s Greater Rockford Chamber of Commerce Golf Outing, where we had the chance to connect with several local golfers, support a nonprofit we believe in, and have a whole lot of fun. Our Giveaway Game Plan
We set up a booth loaded with energy (and plenty of swag). Golfers were greeted with branded tees, poker chips, and even custom Honeybee golf balls—TaylorMade and Titleist Pro V1s—ready for play. But the real buzz came from our Bose speaker giveaway and a special game that supported a cause close to our hearts.
Toss for Life – Raising Funds for Life Decisions
We introduced golfers to Life Decisions, a local nonprofit doing powerful work in the Rockford community. For a $5 donation, players received three chances to land a bean bag in our cornhole board:
- 1 bag = Another entry into the speaker giveaway
- 2 bags = A sleeve of TaylorMade golf balls
- 3 bags = A sleeve of premium Pro V1s
We were blown away by the great attitudes and generous responses from everyone who attended! Dozens of golfers stepped up to play—and in the end, we raised $440 for Life Decisions! It was humbling and energizing to see so many people donate, laugh, and support something meaningful.
